Hell has broked loose!
The outcome is as expected without fail, this is the type of predicable outcome without the advantage of pre-knowledge.
Either side has lost in this case but gain the release of the agony that each is giving to each other (or so they think).
The middleman has again suffered the maximum damage when both sides is blaming him for bad handling.
The irony for not accepting the alternatives suggested by the middleman then turning around to blame him is chutzpah!
The lack of willingness of either to choose the alternative offer as it is seen as a "backdown" from either side giving the impression of giving in thus a disadvantage. Considering the concequence of the "confrontation" the "disadvantage" might be an advantage.
Too late for all this as hell has broken loose and the shit has hit the fan...

A political situation of my life.

The lack of communication between each parties has lead to all the misunderstandings.

Both sides have kept insisting on their position with considerations of each held firmly. Past encountered between the parties has also been repeatly brought up during the confrontation period.

With such an situation, the middleman will be unable to play any effective role as either side will deem that it is an act of war against to each. The outcome will likely be lose-lose for all parties, especially the middleman which has an vested interest in both parties.

Time after time, the middleman has been caught in similar situation without the ability to overcome them, the occurances has always negate all the effort previously taken by all parties.

The process of buliding up the relationship has to be restart without any clear possibility of an good outcome, all parties has became fatigue of the situation and whenever any contentious issue arises, either party immediately is prepared to return to confrontation mode.

And the circle just keeps repeating itself, like a curse in hell for all the sins one has committed in his life time and the one before that.

Sounds like the North and South situation? Actually it is the story of my life... ... sad :(
